Ruggero Hüsler, MSc. EPF, MBA, CFA CMC
Managing Director of TC in Switzerland.

Since 2009 with TC, Ruggero possesses a rich experience of management consulting for a major international group with a focus on transformation projects (strategy, organization, operations, IT) and IT strategy. He specializes in supporting public transport companies in their digital transformation/performance improvement and in optimizing the organization of public security entities.

 

Alexandre Iseppi, ing. Dipl. EPFL
Since joining TC in 2023, Alexandre Iseppi, drawing on his 25 years of experience in managing consulting and implementation projects for public transportation emergency call centers and public safety organizations, specializes in IT strategy consulting and managing public procurement tendering processes for public and parapublic sector organizations.

Victor Prestel, lawyer (Germany), MBA
Managing Director of TC in Germany.

Since joining TC in 2005, Victor Prestel has specialized in the reorganization of large private and public organizations. He also has extensive experience in managing complex and international projects, particularly in the fields of policing, security, and justice. He is a member of the Swiss Evaluation Society (SEVAL).

 

Christoph Stucki, Dipl. ing. ETH Zürich
Since 2007 with TC, Christoph Stucki has brought his significant experience in managing a large public sector company and complex projects, including an ASTRA research project. He previously led a public transport company for several years. His expertise lies in mobility and emergency response organization and management. For many years, he has been contributing to the development of public transport governance in Switzerland.

Andreas Berney, ing. Dipl. EPFL, MAS Supply Chain EPFL
Since 2023 at TC, Andreas Berney, with his 20 years of experience in public transport, logistics services and supply chain and possessing a solid project management culture, specializes in consulting for logistics and public transport organizations.

Blaise Bonvin, MA political science
Since 2001 with TC, Blaise has been specialising in public management consulting, the security and justice sectors, emergency services, social work and prevention. He also has a large experience in international cooperation in these same fields.

Bernhard Prestel, Dr. jur.
One of the founders of TC, Bernhard has been providing strategic advice to public (police, justice nad general public service) and private organisations since 40 years, in Switzerland and internationally. He is strongly involved in the development of the Cadenabbia Network.

Anna Thoma and Yan Ryser are responsible for the administration and accounting.

TC can also rely on a tight network of free-lance consultants providing short term support. This network is composed of highly specialised experts and former top managers or senior public officials.
