TC’s core staff and management is composed of:

Blaise Bonvin, MA political science
Since 2001 with TC, Blaise specialises in public management consulting, the security and justice sectors, emergency services, social work and prevention. He also has a large experience in international cooperation in these same fields.

Ruggero Hüsler, MSc. EPF, MBA, CFA
Since 2009 with TC, Ruggero possesses a rich experience of management consulting for a major international group, and specialises in transformation projects (strategy, organsation, operations) and IT strategy. He is currently supporting two public transportation companies in their digital transformation.

Bernhard Prestel, Dr. jur.
One of the founders of TC, Bernhard has been providing strategic advice to public and private organisations since 40 years, in Switzerland and internationally. He is strongly involved in the development of the Cadenabbia Network.

Victor Prestel, avocat, MBA
Since 2005 with TC, Victor specialises in change management projects in public and private entities. He has also developped a major expertise in managing complex international projects. He manages the German branch of TC in Freiburg im Breisgau.

Christoph Stucki, Dipl. ing. ETH Zürich
Since 2007 with TC, Christoph Stucki brings his experience as former director of a major public service provider in Switzerland. He leads public organisations’s reform projects. He was for many years the general director of a major public transportation company.

Anna Thoma and Yan Ryser are responsible for the administration and accounting.

TC can also rely on a tight network of free-lance consultants providing short term support. This network is composed of highly specialised experts and former top managers or senior public officials.
